   Send an email to the address below from the email address associated with your account.

   Use the subject "Delete my account".

   We confirm by email that the request is yours and let you know when the deletion is done. We reply as soon as possible, within the legal deadlines.

• Your access: the account is closed and you can no longer log in to the app.
• The data we use based on your consent, such as the optional uses you authorized.

Profile and training data

5 years after the end of the contract, the general limitation period for billing and consumer claims under Brazilian law.

Health data

The same period, because it shows what was prescribed and why, unless the law allows earlier deletion.

App access logs

6 months, as required by the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework.

Tax records

The period required by tax law.

Consent records

As long as needed to prove when and how you gave or withdrew consent.

When each period ends, the data is deleted or anonymized. You can withdraw your consent immediately in the consent settings in your app profile.
